Our studio fulfills from Seoul, South Korea.

The studio ships Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00 KST. Most orders leave within 10 business days. Once dispatched, typical delivery times are:
- Korea 6–10 days
- Rest of world: 6–15 days
Delivery estimates exclude customs or weather delays. A tracking email is sent at dispatch, and most orders require a signature on delivery. If no one’s available, the carrier will attempt re-delivery or leave a pickup notice.

A tracking link arrives by email once shipped. If it doesn’t appear, contact hello@leeyip.art.

- Korea: no customs fees.
- Other countries: local duties or taxes may apply and are the collector’s responsibility.

Packaging is chosen to protect the work:
- Korea & Rest of World: all prints ship rolled in a reinforced tube.

No, for insurance and liability reasons. A full daytime address and contact number help ensure smooth delivery.

If tracking stalls or something feels off, email hello@leeyip.art and the studio will do its best to resolve it promptly.
- Not delivered within 30 days (Korea, UK, EU & US): the studio will replace your order free of charge.
- International (all other countries): please file a claim with your local postal service; the studio can provide supporting paperwork but can’t replace orders lost in transit.
- Marked “Delivered” but missing: the studio isn’t responsible once a parcel is scanned as delivered. Please check with household members, neighbours, and building/concierge, and follow up with the carrier.
- Not delivered within 30 days (Korea, UK, EU & US): the studio will replace your order free of charge.

Returns, Changes & Cancellations

All sales are final; returns and exchanges aren’t available.

Please email HELLO@LEEYIP.ART with your order number as soon as possible. The studio will do its best to help, but:
- Limited Edition prints are made to order, once printing has begun, they can’t be changed or cancelled.
- Address or item changes aren’t possible once fulfilment is underway or a shipment is booked.
- Shipped orders can’t be cancelled, and all sales are final.

Email hello@leeyip.art within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. The studio will arrange a prompt replacement.
Please keep all packaging until we’ve reviewed the claim.
